Saddle Stay for KTM Adventure 250/390/390X (Orange) by ZANA is a high-quality, durable accessory designed to enhance the stability and functionality of your motorcycle. Crafted from 4mm steel plates, this saddle stay offers optimum rigidity and strength. The construction uses cold-rolled powder-coated steel tubes, ensuring both durability and a sleek finish. Precision Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding guarantees a uniform, strong structure for long-term use.
The stay comes with all necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, ensuring a rust-free experience for the lifetime of your bike. Industrial-grade polymer spacers are included to act as effective vibration dampeners, enhancing comfort for both the rider and the pillion. Additionally, the design is reinforced with support pipes for added strength.
The saddle stay's design not only serves as a robust support system but also provides limited tail protection, making it suitable for off-road adventures. It’s compatible with ZANA top box racks and can be used independently or with the racks to increase load capacity. It also pairs seamlessly with KTM stock grab rails, offering flexibility for riders seeking both utility and comfort.
This product is covered by a 6-month paint/powder coating warranty (excluding accidental damage) and is designed to match the bike’s chassis perfectly. It’s wrapped in plastic for protection during transit.
