The aluminium top box is backed by a lifetime warranty against rusting, covering the box, lock, and spool. Please note that the warranty does not extend to the adapter plate, as it is made from mild steel. The warranty is valid for non-accidental damage, providing peace of mind in the event of manufacturing defects or wear and tear.
To maintain warranty coverage, the box must be used exclusively with Zana Top Racks. It’s crucial to ensure that you purchase the correct top rack for your box to avoid voiding the warranty. When using Zana plastic boxes, any Zana Top Rack will suffice. For aluminium boxes, only the specific aluminium top rack designed for these cases should be used to maintain the integrity and safety of the setup.
