Saddle Stay for RC 200/390 (Texture Matt Black) is an essential addition for enhanced luggage carrying capacity and overall bike protection. Exclusively designed by Zana Motorcycles, this saddle stay is made with precision from high-quality 4mm steel plates, ensuring optimum rigidity and durability.
The saddle stay is crafted using cold-rolled powder-coated steel tubes, which are resistant to corrosion and provide superior strength. The precision welding (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) ensures a uniform finish and enhanced structural integrity, while the industrial-grade polymer spacers serve as effective vibration dampeners, reducing wear and tear.
Zana's saddle stay comes with all necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, ensuring rust-free performance over time. The product is designed with proper strength reinforcement using support pipes, further bolstering its ability to withstand pressure and weight.
It acts as an added layer of tail protection, providing extra security for both the bike and pillion passengers, and is compatible with Zana's top box racks. Whether used independently or in combination with the top box rack, it increases the bike's load capacity, making it perfect for long-distance tours.
The installation process is straightforward and requires no modifications—just basic tools are enough. The saddle stay is packaged with care, wrapped in plastic to protect it from scratches during transit.
Zana offers a 6-month warranty for paint and powder coating (excluding accidental damage), with any modifications voiding the warranty
