This 45L Aluminium Top Box for the KTM Adventure 250 is designed for durability, functionality, and style. With a rugged, all-aluminium construction, it includes both the base and top cover. Engineered for long-lasting performance, this top box is rust-proof, with all parts including the locks and mounts made of high-quality materials to resist corrosion. It features a stainless steel lock with copy-proof keys for added security.
The interior is lined with a waterproof, hard-wearing liner that is easy to clean with mild detergent, ensuring it remains in top condition. The Top Box for KTM Adventure 250 can be easily mounted on any motorcycle with the ZANA top rack, specially designed for aluminium boxes. It also comes with heavy-duty armour corners that offer protection against bumps, preserving the box’s appearance over time.
A heavy-duty mounting plate is included for universal top racks, ensuring versatility. The top box has a 7kg load capacity (as per motorcycle chassis), making it suitable for carrying essential gear on your adventures. Plus, all parts are available as spare parts, ensuring long-term serviceability.

5-Year Conditional Warranty on Top Box
This Top Box comes with a 5-year conditional, non-accidental warranty. Damage caused by accidents, including falling, is not covered.
The warranty covers components such as the lock set, base plate, gasket, and mounting bracket. Repair or replacement may be provided free of charge or at a cost, depending on the condition of the component, the period of use, and normal wear and tear.
Shipping costs are not included in the warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Certain sub-components are available as spare parts at the applicable cost.
