2-Year Conditional Warranty on Top Box
This Top Box comes with a 2-year conditional, non-accidental warranty. Damage caused by accidents, including falling, is not covered.
The warranty covers components such as the lock set, base plate, gasket, and mounting bracket. Repair or replacement may be provided free of charge or at a cost, depending on the condition of the component, the period of use, and normal wear and tear.
Shipping costs are not included in the warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Certain sub-components are available as spare parts at the applicable cost.
Ensure to confirm the correct top rack type for your box before purchase to maintain warranty coverage and performance.
