The Crash Guard for KTM 250/390 (2017-18) from ZANA Motorcycles offers optimal protection for key components, including the radiator, engine casing, and petrol tank, in case of a fall. This robust guard is designed with a patented design exclusively available from ZANA, ensuring both performance and aesthetics.
Constructed with precision Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, the guard provides a uniform finish and exceptional strength, making it ideal for off-road and urban riding. The pipe specifications offer superior durability and are built to withstand impacts and harsh conditions.
The guard features stainless steel nuts and bolts, ensuring 100% rust-free performance, and includes industrial-grade polymer spacers that function as vibration dampeners to reduce noise and wear. Additionally, black industrial-grade polymer sliders are included for smooth finishing and gradual wear during accidental slides, ensuring both protection and aesthetics.
The guard is finished with a texture matt black coating, perfectly matching the bike’s chassis, and comes with a 6-month paint/powder coating warranty (excluding accidental damage). It is also plastic wrapped for protection against scratches during transit, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition.
